Temporary Service Unavailability and Service Termination
MeiHua is not responsible for the temporary service shut down for any maintenance
needs. However, the service down periods shall not exceed 5% of the subscription
periods. MeiHua shall not be entitled to cancel or withdraw access to the Site without
the prior written consent of the Customer.

Access Account
– The access account provided by this order is only licensed to the company and
its employees at the work site referred, unless exceptions are stated. Partial MeiHua’s
products allow the client’s subsidiary branches and offices to use without additional
license, which should be referred to the product statements.

除非有其他的说明，本订单提供给客户的使用账号只限于客户企业和在其工作地点的员工使用。部分梅花产品允许客户的下属企业和办事处直接使用，但应当参考该产品的声明资料。
Jurisdiction and Validity
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
People’s Republic of China, regardless of where the user is based. You agree that
any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be
filed only in the People’s Republic of China, and you hereby consent and submit
to the personal jurisdiction of such courts or courts of arbitration for the purposes
of litigating any such action.
